Isn't the problem with this that it is mutable? Thus your id would change when you move. I think a better phrasing is whether you were born in an urban city - though without some research I'm not sure how good a filter that is.

One problem with this question is that it doesn't make sense in other countries.

AFAIK the USA has "city" as a low level administrative division for local government. But not all countries do this. Other countries use the word "city" to refer to a large urban area. So the idea of a "city" having less than 2,000 residents sounds absurd and contradictory!
