Effect not applying at all, Windows 11 Pro, Build 26100.3194

I try to use effect 1 ~ 4 , nothing seems to work with this build version somehow.
I also try to use files community, but Thin Acrylic is not working as well, but Mica Alt i working with files community.

Is this related to something else which causing transparency doesn't work at all ?

What was your setting for the file explorer to be completely dark? I wish mine was like that too. Are you using any theme?

According to your posted image, you have deleted parts of the configuration file. The configuration file must have these attributes:

I use the same config with above, but its still the same, the transparency isn't working.

You're right Disable energy saving mode do the tricks. Thanks for your help. I will closed this issue now.
