Add Chapter title parsing support to filename parsing system #225

A huge number of my manga files have chapter titles in them and it would be great if, by following a specific pattern, I could do filename fill from those like the volume and chapter numbers to fill the Title field in the metadata.
Describe the solution you'd like
Following a specific, defined pattern for file naming will allow the chapter title to get filled when you push the "Filename Fill" button. This pattern could be something as simple as wrapping or preceding the chapter title in % or - characters
Describe alternatives you've considered
A resizable file list window would make manual transcription of chapter titles easier as well
