Unable to Scrape Information from MangaUpdates

Describe the bug
The software cannot scrape information from MangaUpdates.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings/External Sources/Default Metadata Source'.
2. Select 'MangaUpdates' and click 'Save'.
3. Add manga by selecting 'Open Files'.
4. Enter the series name in "Series".
5. Click 'Fetch Online', but nothing happens.
   I followed the same steps with AniList, and it successfully scraped the information.

Expected behavior
When I click 'Fetch Online', the software should scrape the information from MangaUpdates.

Additional context
MangaUpdates contains more comprehensive information than AniList, so I would prefer to scrape information from there.

This software only scrapes from AniList. @ThePromidius do you have an area for Feature Requests or is that within scope?
