Could a scrapper for https://www.bedetheque.com/ could be added ? It is the biggest source for Comics, European Comics (Bande Dessinée) and Manga in french and english

There is a solution implemented in python as a comickrack comunity edition plugin here that works very well : https://github.com/maforget/Bedetheque-Scrapper-2.
