I detected some fixture changes in commit 1204132

The local fixture provider_with_special_characters is used in the following files:

• cfme/tests/infrastructure/test_providers.py
  • test_awx_with_special_chars_refreshes

Please, consider creating a PRT run to make sure your fixture changes do not break existing usage 😃
