Arona Splashscreen Theme

Installation

From plasma store (recommend)

Open Settings - Colors & Themes - Splash Screen

Click Get New button, them search this key word - 'arona'

From file

Download the theme's source from release, unzip it to the folder

$HOME/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel/

You may create the folder in nessesery if it dosen't exist.
