v10.1.2: Incremental compilation may be fatally broken

I keep getting an ** incremental compilation may be fatally broken for this module ** warning when trying to install Mosek v10.1.2. I do not get this warning when installing Mosek v.10.0.2 via add Mosek#b10.0.

I deleted Mosek and MosekTools from ~/.julia/compiled/v1.9, ~/.julia/packages/v1.9, and ~/.julia/environments/v1.9/Project.toml, reinstalled Mosek v10.1.2 (with add Mosek) and got the same precompilation warning.

Installing Mosek v10.1.2 with add Mosek#b10.1 gave the same compilation warning.

I'm using Julia 1.9 on Ubuntu 22.

Any help would be much appreciated.
