balenca doesn't work on my computer, nor that of my teammates. we have had to use alternative software to directly flash the raspberry pi, and in doing so have run into some tricky situations for which documentation would be beneficial. i propose that i could write this documentation to assist other teams and prevent any more issues or accidental hard drive wipes.
