req: allow changing node limits in UI

Please allow changing the DL/UL limits withing the tree view for a given node. for instance, this is the auto-generated info from UISP, but those speeds are on an airmax backhaul so not to be trusted. I know I can change them in the file, but just requesting for simplicity.
