I have now tested the updated bootloader blobs on my TinkerBoard S, Rock64, RockPro64 and Sapphire, all seems to be working fine. |

This PR updates Rockchip to use:
mali-rockchippackage has been replaced by a newlibmalipackage (intended to be shared with other mainline projects)Note: This adds a small change to
kodipackage that should only affect Rockchip and unmerged mainline projects. UseKODIPLAYER_DRIVER="$OPENGLES"inoptions-file to enable kodi gbm platform.This has only been tested on Rock64 (rk3328), currently building an image for rk3399.
