Looks good. I have been using that patch on Rock64 without issues too.

This PR adds optional support for cec framework to libcec using Pulse-Eight/libcec#380.
Also builds and installs
cec-ctlwhenCEC_FRAMEWORK_SUPPORTis enabled.Tested on Rockchip / ROCK64.
