Fix menu music/jingle handling

Sometimes when (jingle or CD) music is playing in game and the menu is opened the menu music (CD) plays, when exiting out of the menu the ingame music stops. The menu also starts the menu everytime from the beginning instead of continuing playback. Look at Steam or GOG version to see how it behaves and replicate. CD Music and Jingles in the GoG and Steam versions are all streamed from hardrive now.
