What would you like to be added?

Syncer watches added 'clusterImport' crd, which specifies templates and reference resources, finally create, update or delete 'cluster' crd. In this way, 'Karpor' can manage and search for others clusters in multi-cloud (e.g. karmada).

Why is this needed?

There are several excellent multi-cloud addons in cncf community. 'Karpor' would like to be compatible with others addons.

Current Limitations:
Karpor is independent addon now.

Hi, I would like to implement capacity like https://clusterpedia.io/zh-cn/docs/usage/interfacing-to-multi-cloud-platforms/. By doing above, if users already use other project to manage cluster and implement cross-cloud scheduler, they can also use karpor for searching and insighting to enhance metrics comptence.
