Build fails with java.lang.IllegalStateException: file:///opt/buildAgent/temp/buildTmp/android-compose-9217210215907867154/settings.gradle.kts:18:1: Unexpected pluginManagementblock found. Only onepluginManagement block is allowed per script.

In any case, this test is not passing completely now
