(`event-gateway-quickstart`) as the prometheus' target
The name only works for Jaeger, looks like for the metrics the prefix `kong_keg` is hardcoded in the data plane, e.g. in Prometheus you'll see `kong_keg_kafka_response_processing_duration_ms`.
