Please update nltk dependency to 3.9.3 as 3.9.1 and 2 have a critical issue associated with them

Hello, there is a new nltk library published on 2/24/26 to address a critical vulnerability issue CVE-2025-14009 (CVSS 10.0, arbitrary code execution via malicious zip packages in the NLTK downloader). The new version is available here: https://pypi.org/project/nltk/
