Can you help me understand what use Komga means? If it doesn't work with Kavita we should just say, right?

So this is a tricky issue. It all started with someone reaching out to me on Discord saying the naming convention used in Mylarr (based on the Kavita wiki entry) wasn't working for Tachiyomi. After speaking with some of the Tachiyomi support team, comes to find out they don't support different volumes in the same series and only offer a sorting option using Komga's "Sort Number" feature that just puts a sequence number at the beginning of each file name.

Should I just remove the bit about using Komga? I was meaning to use Komga (instead of Mylarr) to organize the comics/metadata and still use Kavita as the media server.

Personally, I don't understand why someone would choose to use Tachiyomi as a frontend over using Kavita itself...

I need more context on this.
Kavita has it's own custom sorting in tachiyomi extension.
I vaguely recall someone pointing this issue in discord but i saw no issue. It was working as expected.
All chapters of a volume first. Then all chapters of the next volume.
That's how the sorting works. If there's a volume it will first sort the volumes and then the chapters inside the volume

@DieselTech if you can provide any guidance on this or if there is information we can take and reshape, that would be great. I wont be able to make any call since I don't use either of these systems.
