fresh install on docker but no web interface

What happened?

Hi
I use a NAS DS1813 and tried to install Kavita with docker
I tried many times but no web interface is accessible
I tried both linuxserver or docker hub for the image.
my installation :
docker run --name kavita -p 5471:5000 -v /volume1/docker/kavita/data:/manga -v /volume1/docker/kavita/config:/kavita/config --restart unless-stopped -e TZ=Europe/Paris -d linuxserver/kavita:latest
there is no specific error in log but still the same
I run the docker file with root priviliege
I
I check all issues concerning similar problem but I do not see why it did not work

What did you expect?

I expect to access to the web interface

Can you share what the config folder looks like. Somehow it seems to be having trouble starting up at all.
