Not being able to remove second downloads folder

Is there an existing issue for this? (Please read the description)

Current Behavior

my dumbass made a second folder of the downloads location now there are 2 undeletable folders in my local library idk how to remove the second one i've tried making my download location different

Expected Behavior

it acts like any extra downloads location and is able to be removed

Steps to reproduce

(wouldn't do this because it's permenant)

1. go to local library
2. click on '+ add to libary'
3. go to download directory if not already selected
4. click on 'select folder'
5. now you have a second undeletable folder :))))
