Happened to me on two different Windows machines (Win 10 x64 and Win 11 x64).
I encountered this bug after clicking "Play next" from the contextual menu on a song from an Artist page, after quitting and reopening Spotube the bug remains

A temporary fix is playing a song from a playlist… this happens when you play from artists page, iirc. But the issue is that even after someone submitted a fix, they are still not merging that dude’s pull request.
