Last.fm Scrobbling Does Not Work Sometimes

Current Behavior

Spotube isn't scrobbling to Last.fm even if I have connected my Last.fm account in Settings. Scrobbling works on Android, but not on Windows (I tested on both).

EDIT: Sometimes it works on Android, sometimes it doesn't.

Expected Behavior

Scrobbling to Last.fm should work on all platforms (should also adhere to the Last.fm guidelines, mentioned in this issue).

Steps to reproduce

On the Windows platform:

1. Opened Settings.
2. Connected my Last.fm account.
3. Account connected successfully (button now shows Disconnect).
4. Played a few tracks to completion.
5. None of the tracks were scrobbled.

got the same issue (android), I've also noticed that the media live notification on Samsung shows the playing song correctly, but doesn't show a progress bar or time elapsed sometimes - i think they're part of the same bug because last.fm can't scrobble when it doesn't know time elapsed
