demangling of ocaml symbols

Hi,

Currently, OCaml symbols are not recognized and they appear in their mangled form.
There was some work in perf to demangle them and it would be nice to do the same directly in hotspot.

happy to take contributions to add that. others waiting for that to arrive from the ocaml community: can you document what demangler we should use? is there really no library for it, meaning we'd need to copy the perf demangler code from https://codebrowser.dev/linux/linux/tools/perf/util/demangle-ocaml.c.html ?
