Update the index checkbounds API to the latest incarnation from JuliaLang/julia#11895. It's now documented, so if anyone dares touch it again they'll have to provide a deprecation path.
Sorry for repeatedly lowering your coverage metrics here. Give it some time and I'm sure you'll be able to drop the middle definition after 0.4 has been out for a while.
