 This pull request refactors the abiotic particle interaction logic to use a new Top-K candidate approach for matching particles to phytoplankton cells, replacing the previous merge matrix method. It introduces new kernels for resetting, calculating, and consuming particle interactions, adds a capacity limit for particle uptake, and updates related model and parameter handling to support this new mechanism.

By the way, we differ the max_individuals and max_abiotics in the model in order to flexibly set the upper limits for the quantities of the two types of individuals.
