Is there anything you would like to add prior to release of Interpolations.jl v0.16.0?

LGTM. Any real reason to support Julia 1.9? Why not jump straight to 1.10 LTS?

1.9 was the lowest supportable without extra work. No objection here to jumping strait to 1.10.
