With this PR, we will only have two commit statuses for Buildkite:
buildkite/julia-masterwhitespacecommit status (so that we can havewhitespaceas a required status check in the GitHub branch protection settings for themasterbranch; this prevents people from accidentally committing or pushing directly tomaster)
