I think we should merge this @lbenet. There is some issue with the 32-bit Windows nightly build at the moment that means that it hasn't been updated, which is why the test is failing there, but passes everywhere else. |

This should allow the other branches to pass on Julia nightly (except 32-bit Windows). |

The non-public function
to_mpfrthat was previously used was removed in JuliaLang/julia#29157.
