Please replace deprecated Makie.primary_resolution() with GLFW.jl cross-platform function

To follow up on the Julia Discourse [discussion](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/makie-figure-resolution-makie-primary-resolution-deprecated/93854), it would be useful to have a cross-platform function added to  GLFW.jl that would return the physical screen dimensions. Ideally, this information could again be accessed at the Makie level.
