Choosing fullscreen theme while in desktop mode #4244

Being able to switch fullscreen themes while in desktop mode would be cool, so that I wouldn’t need to switch to fullscreen mode first.
When you switch to fullscreen mode for the first time, or again after a long time, it sometimes prompts you to restart Playnite due to an updated extension, or tells you to install an extension first. Having the option to switch fullscreen themes in desktop mode would circumvent this constant switching around, especially considering that switching between the different modes is not instantaneous and always takes a few seconds.
Maybe this could be done as suggested in #3425.
