The trick would be to be able to manage ‘waybar’ and associate them with the monitor defined in ‘monitors.conf’.

monitor = HDMI-A-1, 1920x1080@60, 0x0, 1 
monitor = HDMI-A-2, 1920x1080@60, 0x0, 1, mirror, HDMI-A-1
monitor = DP-1, 1600x1200@60, 0x1080, 1 
monitor = DP-2, 1920x1080@60, -1080x0, 1, transform, 1

It works well, but you need a configuration file for each ‘waybar’ like this:
