The meta-analysis was done two parts 1) microbiome composition and diversity analysis 2) strain phylosymbiosis analysis. The associated studies ( available on Qiita as studyID 2338, 11166, 11212, 13118, 13114) are combined for the subsequent analysis and represents a diverse set of vertebrate (~288 species) spanning across 6 host classes.
