As discussed offline, approving now and will open a low priority ticket to fix stability problems on LibCI. Validation don't see a problem with starting and stopping streams.

We sometime see that looping start stop can fail on all devices, normally on Linux
This PR add some sleep between iterations to allow the streaming really stop and reduce iterations so we can see the functionally work but reduce test failures on timing and OS related issues.
