Please provide the log file. You can export logs under “Settings” -> “General” ("设置" -> "通用"). If no confirmation dialog appears after exporting (indicating log export failure and a corrupted ZIP file would be generated in the HMCL directory), navigate to the HMCL directory. Press ⌘ Command + ⇧ Shift + . to show hidden files and folders, then find the log file containing installation failure details within .hmcl/logs. Extract and upload it. (Drag and drop the .txt file directly into the input field to complete the upload)

Please note that logs are particularly IMPORTANT for diagnosing issues!
