bai file strict input

Hi, congratulations with Clair3!

Minor issue: could not run Clair3 in docker as described here as my bai file was not found. Turns out it needed to be filename.bam.bai instead of filename.bai. A suggestion would be to make that clear/allow for more bai filenames.

Problem noticed and will support filename.bai in the next rolling update.

Both ".bam.bai" and ".bai" are supported in v0.1-r2. Also in the new version both ".fa.fai" and ".fai" are supported.
