Mainly added javadocs for classes, and their constructors. Also included javadocs for all public functions. Private or protected functions were not thoroughly documented. Test classes were not fixed, and not updated for the new functionality.

I already had both assertions and streams in my code, in little areas that I felt was relevant.
But I decided that I still wanted to make sure I understood the PR stuff with a non-trivial commit.
So this commit has a bunch of checkstyle stuff, and C-Update. Amazing.
