What type of PR is this?
What this PR does / why we need it:
The HNS annotation used to be utilized for introducing conditional mount options based on whether HNS was enabled for the bucket or not. Now that gcsfuse profiles manages this conditional, this annotation is not used for anything in GKE GCSFuse Profiles, and is overhead for the customer. It would be best to remove it to simplify the feature design.
