Hard refresh required to get new content.

Bug Description

Kinoweb doesn't load new content unless the user does a hard refresh

Expected Behaviour

New content shows up on each page load (when the user is online)

Steps to reproduce

1. load kinoweb.dev
2. make changes to kinoweb.dev
3. load kinoweb.dev from the same browser

Expected: see new content
Actual: see old content

If you then hard refresh (cmd-shift-r on Mac), you see the new content
