MiniMeToken#fallback can also be called when function signature is not matched. This is not assumed in the implementation of the fallback function, which always calls
TokenController#proxyPayment. It should checkmsg.data.lengthto differentiate intentional proxy payment from unintentional function calls (signature mismatch).
