Updated quickstart_llm.ipynb to fix issue related to using incompatible version of openai with current version of giskard. Furthermore updated deprecated code from langchain

I created a pure environment with Python 3.11.9 and I got the following error:

ERROR: Cannot install langchain-openai==0.0.2, langchain-openai==0.0.2.post1, langchain-openai==0.0.3, langchain-openai==0.0.4, langchain-openai==0.0.5, langchain-openai==0.0.6, langchain-openai==0.0.7, langchain-openai==0.0.8, langchain-openai==0.1.1, langchain-openai==0.1.2, langchain-openai==0.1.3, langchain-openai==0.1.4, langchain-openai==0.1.5, langchain-openai==0.1.6, langchain-openai==0.1.7, langchain-openai==0.1.8 and tiktoken<=0.5.1 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.
