fix: image gallery extra customizations

🎯 Goal

This PR adds some extra customization to our Gallery component. It resolves this Zendesk ticket.

Most notably, it:

• Provides a way to override ImageReloadIndicator for when an image fails to load
• Adds a translation for the text used whenever we have more than 4 images displayed in the gallery
• Exports some missing utility hooks/components for ease of use
