An Action is basically a custom controller action & view to be used for automation & more flexible access to reporting-type tooling throughout the system. It should have a name, a permission field that controls who can run it, an optional associated model, whether it operates like a member or collection route, code to run, and an ERB view template to render.

This will also necessitate some slight re-thinking of the primary card structure for most all of our show pages.
