Could you please review this PR? this can complete PR from mahsanet/NikaNG#3.
Because checking my PR may be difficult, you can replace geoip and geosite from the link below yourself.

geo files of this repo dynamically fetched using gen_asset.sh script during github action build.

also i doubt , if geo of this repo actually being used or not
because another geo is placed in asset folder of v2rayng

When you install NikaNG for the first time or clear all app data, you will have a very old version of geosite file with 1.61 MB size that doesn't have many categories. When you update the content from the "geo asset files" page in the app, you get the latest version of the geosite file with 6.3 MB size.
Geoip is the same.

So, I think the address of updating geo assets in the app is different from the address geo assets in compiling process in GitHub action.
