Prevent posting to very old topics #29

Feature Request
The plugin is great and makes users think when they are posting to an old topic, but it still allows them to post after checking the box. I would like to have the ability to disable posting to a very old topic.
I'd like the current functionality to stay the same, but with the addition of a second "number of days" setting that prevents posting.
For example, I just had someone necrobump a 10 year old topic. I would like the checkbox to warn the topic is old > 90 days and disable posting to the topic when it's > 2 years.
