Can you please also clarify why bullhorn does not fit the use case? Is it a matter of wanting to add some dynamism or a sense of movement to the icon?

The bullhorn icon exists and is perfect, but it doesn't match the Jelly icon pack style. I would like to know if it's possible to add a new icon to the icon pack
I created this icon just for illustrative purposes!

Maybe we should update the icon request template for the new styles that are not a complete set of icons

And yes, @tagliala... we may need to update the templates now that we have more styles that don't have ALL of our icons in them. I've been contemplating moving requests to "discussions" as opposed to "issues" (primarily so we can let issues be bug-related)... but haven't fully convinced myself that this is the right way to go yet.
