Per XFN-221, the Metric-Definitions.md should document the following 3 GA metrics:

1. Total USDFC & FIL locked in payment rails

• Definition: Total amount of USDFC and FIL currently locked across all payment rails
• Display FIL and USDFC separately (no conversion)
• Represents funds deposited and locked in active payment rails

2. Total USDFC & FIL transacted (cumulative)

• Definition: Cumulative sum of all USDFC and FIL transacted across all payment rails since inception
• Includes: settlements + one-time payments (depends on Add entity for OneTimePayment #89)

3. Total FIL burned from Filecoin Pay (cumulative)

• Definition: Cumulative sum of FIL burned across all payment rails since inception
• Sources: Burn from settlement directly (when the payment rail is in FIL) + burnForFIL from Filecoin Pay Auction
