Feature Request: Add `--libraries` flag support for contract verification

The filfox-verifier tool currently does not support the --libraries flag, which is essential for verifying contracts that use linked libraries. This limitation prevents successful verification of contracts that depend on external libraries, resulting in bytecode mismatch errors.

Use Case

We are trying to verify the FilecoinWarmStorageService contract on Filecoin mainnet, which uses a linked library SignatureVerificationLib:

I need to debug this flag. It wasn't super straight forward I need to try different variations or try to connect with filfox to understand how they expect to pass libraries into their API or if there are issues that they need to resolve.
