cape-super-capf has been removed from cape.el

There's several comments in codeium.el referring to cape-super-capf (at one time this was a deprecated alias to cape-capf-super); anyway, the alias got removed from cape.el at some point, so you'll want to change references to "cape-super-capf" to "cape-capf-super".
