Port test cases from archived OpenPAYGO-Token repository

The (by now archived) OpenPAYGO-Token repository provided a test suite for the Python implementation of the token, here https://github.com/EnAccess/OpenPAYGO-Token/tree/main/tests

These test cases should be ported into this repository as well.

Unfortunately there aren't that many beginner friendly issues in the repo. A good way to check is for good first issue label: https://github.com/EnAccess/OpenPAYGO-python/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20state%3Aopen%20label%3A%22good%20first%20issue%22

The issue you found here is one of them. I assume you have some familiarity with Python? Then porting test should give some idea of how the repo works.

Hey @dmohns thanks for your response. I am familiar with python and was browsing through docs. I will try to submit a PR as soon as possible and was wondering if I can work on this repo via LFX hyphae mentorship as well?

So i looked at both repos and i need to copy tests folder as well as device simulator folder files from the archived one into the test/ folder here right? And the refactor imports etc right?

Yes, exactly. Bear in mind that the repos are slightly different. [OpenPAYGO-python](https://github.com/EnAccess/OpenPAYGO-python) has Token and Metrics, while the legacy repo only has support for tokens. So, it might require some fiddling to find the correct functions, but should be do-able.

Yeah i encountered that just right now in token encoding func, hopefully i would be able to do it, thankss
