reading lp with parsing error

The attached LP file was generated with Gurobi, but attempting to load it with HiGHS results in a parsing error. I would appreciate assistance in diagnosing the source of the issue. For context, we have approximately 15 LP files; HiGHS successfully reads 12 of them, but 3 produce parsing errors, and Gurobi can read all of them with no problem.

Your LP file is not valid.

Per Gurobi's own documentation:

Variable names play a major role in LP files. Each variable must have its own unique name. A name must be no longer than 255 characters, must not contain any of the characters +, -, *, ^, or : and must not begin with a number or any of the characters <, >, =, (, ), [, ], or ,. Variable names must not be equal (case insensitive) to any of the LP file format keywords, e.g., st, bounds, min, max, binary, or end. Names must be preceded and followed by whitespace.

The same rules apply to any other type of names in the LP format, e.g., constraint names or the objective name.

Your constraint name has - in it.

FWIW: here's the error I get with JuMP:

Got the symbol `:`. We expected this to be an inequality like `>=`, `<=`, or `==`.

We potentially could relax the restriction when parsing constraint names, since we know that we're looking for : to split the name from the expression.

Although we've extended the HiGHS reader for LP and MPS files recently (#2812; #2857) to accommodate exceptions to standards that are allowed by Gurobi, this one is a step too far, as it would be very time-consuming to implement. As @odow says, in this case you should follow the "rules" and not use the characters in accordance with what Gurobi says.
